Onyx
Bullies and all that jazz © 2005 SillyGeezer Well, I was going to smile. Everything was going well. I got that comics deal in the bag. Suddenly, my wheelchair stopped in a fit of splinching sounds. Laughter reached my deaf ears. I looked down. There was a twig stuck in my wheelchair. The bullies laughed. Anger erupted and blasted in me. Who put the twig in? It was the boy with glasses, grinning. I confronted him. He mocked me. I sobbed, pulled my hair and ranted. Everybody laughed, in sheer cruelty and conformism. I then told the teacher. She did nothing but tut him. Then the lunchtime finished. A boy with blond hair came and comforted me. He patted my back and said, "Are you okay?" I felt comfort. I had real love for him. I smiled and thought, "I'll fight on!" and I wheeled to the English class.
