Legion
Has anyone else embraced this philosophy as an atheist? I need to do more research, but I think this is where I may be headed. Not certain yet though. I believe in the attempt to see things as they are. I think among the world religions, Buddhism is compatible with this effort. It seems that among their central beliefs is the idea that everything arises conditionally in a complex and interdependent web of cause and effect. And this seems as close to anything I've yet seen to a philosophically sound system of belief and which gives rise to very little tension with a rigorous view of nature. Deva
Antlerman and Deva, I have been thinking on responses to each. I simply haven't had time to adequately type them out. I don't mind if you take your time.
