Nowhere in the Bible does it mention brushing your teeth. Cavities are just attacks from Satan on the persecuted Christian minority. Dentists at least improve your standard of living by allowing you to eat food without being in pain. God lets everyone be in pain, all the time. All HAIL Dentists! The only "proof" of a god or any deity that a believer would push forth--read miracle--can be explained quite rationally by science.

I can then call the office, speak to someone who actually exists, and make an appointment. Then, if I show up, the dentist is actually there in the flesh. If I need something done to my teeth, he takes care of it. Depending on the nature of the work done, a combination of me and the insurance company pay the bill. Or, I can ask God for help. And then, when nothing happens, I can ask God for help again. When still nothing happens, I can ask God for help again. When, even later, nothing happens, I can ask God for help again. When nothing continues to happen, I can get a whole bunch of other Christians together, and we can all ask God, as nicely as possible, to help me. Somehow, I like the first option a lot better. Call me crazy. 1
