Try to remember that we once were as brainwashed as they are. It may help! No sense in getting in any arguments unless they want to know more about the way you are now feeling as a non-believer. I don't talk about it at all anymore, unless they are really interested in hearing my story about how I lost my faith and why. An example: I believe now very strongly in the people at EX-c.
