You feel like you're invisible.  Glazed over.  You could be the loudest voice in the room, and still no one would hear what you're saying...or else what you're saying makes no sense at all.  You know...*THAT* feeling.  Sometimes even reality itself is questioned.  It's very strange.  I check to see if it's actually a dream, but it's not.  The world moves either very fast, or very slow.  It's a very strange feeling.

This sounds like 'dissociation' in a mild form.   It happens to most people at times, even if they are unaware.  
 
Its usually nothing to be concerned about. 
 
If it does affect your life in a major way, or you are very concerned about it, then talking to someone, eg your doctor might be a good idea.
