The words that I would choose for it instead would be "unjustified speculation." This hypothesis is also totally dependent upon the validity of the Big Bang model. The odds of this hypothesis being valid IMO are not nearly as good as one's odds are for wining a hundred million dollars or more in a lottery with a one dollar ticket.
