FreeThinkers Groups In CCR Retirement Communities

Times are changing! I have been looking at Independent Retirement/Assisted Care and CCR facilities for several years now.

The only Spiritual Offerings on their weekly schedules were Bible Studies, Prayer groups, In House Church or Communion services and transportation on Sundays to the local nearby church services. This facility has changed since I looked at them  a few months ago. Other facilities may be doing so also.

 

They now have (from their website) :

The beautiful Casa chapel is the venue for many activities, from our weekly Vespers services, our Freethinkers Group meetings, and more. We host guided meditation, host an annual Seder, bring in speakers and faith leaders from many traditions and denominations, and offer Bible study, world religion classes, Buddhist series, and more.
