Ron Wyatt was a nurse anesthetist working at a hospital when he decided on his crusade to prove that the bible is real history.

 

With no training, this man single handedly claimed to have found numerous artifacts proving the bible, where many earlier expeditions by archaeologists, jewish scholars and learned scholars had missed them somehow.

 

And for a time, christians looked on him as their hero.

 

And then questions were asked and his findings failed them all and were eventually denounced to the point that churches, and even creationist organisations denounced him.

 

No REAL museum wanted anything to do with his findings. There is actually a Wyatt museum and christians stay away from it in their droves.
