What are some examples of direct statements in the Bible that identify God’s qualities?

“He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the Lord. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the boys.” 2 Kings 2:23-24

A group of young kids called Elijah a baldy-coot. So Elijah asked his chum, God, to punish them. God had the kids ripped to bloody gobbets by a couple of bears.

This is a perfect example of how the god of love behaves.

I cannot believe how many so-called Christians try to justify god killing kids because they were the same as today’s hoodie teenagers. Fuck me! You lot are fucking scary. You believe that being torn to bloody gobbets is a suitable punishment for taking the piss out of a bald bloke.
