If he holds to an evolutionary line, that's a problem. Nobody was present to observe the natural origin of life. Science uses inference to say what it does about evolution. But Johnny has ruled himself out of using inference. He has tied his own hands. If he holds to a biblical line, that's a problem too. Nobody was present to observe god creating life on the Third Day. The same is true about god creating human life on the Sixth Day. But Johnny has ruled himself out of using faith as well. He only accepts what is observable, reproducible and falsifiable.
