AnonSan
Calligraphy pen with India Ink (2013): There is a fairy, a griffin, and a giant snake in a rather abstract, enchanted room. My mom, of course, didn't like the snake since it looked "so evil." Due to her minimal knowledge of European mythology, the art piece was spared. However, it gauged how much I could push drawing and creating art without the risk of being cremated for being "forbidden". But how is this any different, or even worse, than former illustrations that have depcited acts drowning, killing, crucifying, debauchery and violence mentioned in the Bible (especially Book of Revelation)???
