Ive found that most christians ignore the bible altogether and simply follow what they want to follow just like everyone else. I agree with you on this one. The majority of Muslims suffer for their Quran and Hadiths because the insane followers want to follow everything no matter how wrong it really is. The majority dont even read the evil stuff, just the nice peaceful stuff. Most Muslims do just as the Christians when it comes to the messy parts, ignore it, skip it and pretend its not there if you ask about it and then look shocked when you show it to them lol. If you go to a Masjid on Friday's before the prayer you will hear a reading of all the peaceful stuff just like the Christians do on Sunday's. Speaking of Stalin and his Soviet predecessors, they were fanatical about a certain political idea. A person can be fanatical and willing to die for anything.
