Taphophilia
Bart Ehrman's interview with Jon Stewart about how the Bible was written. In case you don't know, he's a Biblical scholar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXxM24B1CPo...ve.org%2F1gm%2F
Max
I bought the book right after this interview aired, and it's a great read. It really talks about WHERE the bible came from. Did you know that there are four gospels because someone decided that four was a nice number? That the story of the woman at the well didn't show up until 800 A.D.? That our oldest manuscripts are from 300A.D.? The book is scholarly and takes some concentration, but I highly recommend it. P.S. - Taphophilia, I love your tag line! Do you know where it came from?
