If I get his number, then I call the do not call registry or online, and make a complaint. Telemarketers get fined for the calls. I haven't had problems since I started using internet phones. Now, I don't know if it's legal to do that, but I was in a really shitty mood and didn't care. Uh, yeah... I'm pretty sure beating someone to death is illegal. My favorite thing to do is to ask the telemarketer - "Hey! Would you like to hear the world's loudest whistle?" (usually I just hang up then, but I do have the whistle.)
