Anushka Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 If I was addicted to smoking or drinking alcohol and I am fully aware of the harmful consequences, what do you think I should do or tell myself to not give into temptation? What if the temptation is too strong? What if these addictions are a result of constant stress? P.S. Please don't mention counseling Looking for other helpful coping methods.
