AntiChrist
Personally I think that if Christianity didn't revitalise and re-invent the old Judaic belief system, many of our current religions of today most likely would not exist. (Such as the Muslim faith) Formed around 600 year's after Christianity was becoming a dominant organisation. It makes sense that Christianity suffered a competitor in the faith market, purely as a resistance against their particular agenda. This could be the reason why new cult's are formed. If they survive they become another faith institution, like the (Mormons) & (Scientology) They both most likely exist because of the pressures Christianity has put on the American public. (I could be wrong, but that's how it kinda looks)
