No matter what these other ways are? Yes. There are a lot of 'ifs' in your question. Why? Are you trying to create a scenario of God that doesn't exist? One of your making? Then god could have inflicted the plagues mentioned in Revelation on Adam and Eve and had them writhe in agony for weeks/months/years, before healing them and then cursing them and casting them out of Eden?
