Kateastrophy
Even as a Xian I hated the words and phrases you only hear in the cult. I'm starting a list. Please add to it! Edify Sanctify Glorify God's provision Lift up in prayer (to pray a) Hedge of Protection (around someone/something) Indwelling Baptism of the Holy Spirit (often followed by: with the evidence of speaking in tongues) Slain in the spirit righteous Your witness (not like in a courtroom, as in "you don't want to damage your witness") Stumbling block Backslide/slid Hallelujah Testify! Preach it! Salvation Can I get a Amen?! ...more to come...
Thurisaz
Having grown up in lukewarm German mainstream protestantism I never thought "heresy" would be a word you could hear anywhere aside history class in the modern world. Little did i know. Pretty modest compared to your list but for me that was a dafuq moment for sure...
mymistake
I rebuke . . . peace that passes understanding let him who has ears hear born again sanctification praise Jesus almighty/living God (got to wonder about that one - why do Christians have to assert it so much?) I'm/you're/we're being tested God's mystery /mysterious ways feel called by the Lord my eyes have been opened love gift bind satan and all his demons! intercession precious blood (I had to become a atheist to realize how sick this one is)
Kateastrophy
Name it and claim it Speak that over me/you both of these come from Xian notions that words have power and you can say what you want out loud and "claim" it "in Jeebus name", and that if you verbally acknowledge a possible undesirable event or outcome, it may come to pass. Sounds like the entire book "The Secret" to me.
raoul
What you said about it being the same as what is heard in a 'cult' is exactly on the mark! It is a cult - something I just realized in the past year or so. Everything about it mirrors cult behavior.

Akheia
What you're talking about is constrictive language. It's called "thought-terminating" language, and cults are famous for using it. Catchphrases like these not only repress free thought and encourage conformity, but also identify who's in and out of the group (not to mention encourage hanging out more with "your" group than with the outside world). I'd reckon that the more -ese a group uses, the more out of touch it is with mainstream society and the more repressive it likely is. It's so funny to me now to think of how so few of these catchphrases actually appear anywhere in the Bible. Like the concept of "free will," they're just the natural outgrowth of where the religion takes the gullible. I used to hate being told to SUBMIT. As a Pentecostal, you can bet I heard that word a lot, and not in the happy nakie fun times sense.

raoul
"I'm a god pleaser, not a man pleaser" (from a radio cultist) translation - I'm a freaking sociopath who can't stand to be around people or "I want nothing to do with the world, the flesh, and the devil" (from same person who is on his 3rd marriage) translation - I was a total screw up out there so now I have this cushy ministry which I will never let go. Besides, the world scares the crap out of me.

Only YOU would come up with that one! ROFLNow I know why you have that shit eating grin on your face. LOL But actually, you're right. And, as a side note - he's on right now preaching warnings and threats from his loving god to the church. He's mainly in the OT (naturally) quoting ad nauseam prophetic warnings against Israel which he, naturally, is extending to the people here today. He claims he heard from a god on Sunday night and had been in a 40 mediating on the word and other things. It's frightening to say the least because some people follow him like a puppy dog.
