It takes more force than you think to pull the trigger on a weapon like that, and just having it spin around on the trigger finger after being fired won't be near enough to fire the weapon, even with an automatic.The force would be moving up and back, not forward which would depress the trigger. It would never be moving right to actually cause it to fire again. This woman is lucky she didn't break her nose, but that's about the extent of the danger from something like that happening.
