We have had torrential downpours like you've never seen in the [REDACTED] area for the better part of the past two hours. During a break in the storm a gorgeous rainbow appeared, stretching from one end of the sky to the other. I called my 4 year old, [REDACTED], to the window and said, "We should thank God for the beautiful rainbow He has given us." [REDACTED] looked at the rainbow in awe and said, "Wow! God put the rainbow in the sky for us?" I said, "Yep." Without hesitation, he looked back up at the sky and said, "Thank you God, for the beautiful rainbow you gave us". #Ifwecouldallhavethefaithofachild If only God could have sent this rain to California, where God certainly knows it’s needed more. The world is a scary place, and getting worse by the minute. Why is it when we should be praying harder the world is trying to get rid of God? Stand for something, stand for your faith and stand to keep God close by. We will fail without Him. They are a frightened and mean-spirited people toward those whom they think are less righteous than they are. Currently my dad who has broken nearly every sexual taboo that exists is expounding about the evils of homosexuality, and his Facebook friends are all going, amen, brother, pray it again. I should probably delete my account, but I just have to check in now and then to assure myself that I didn't imagine the latest thing my monster parent spouted from his pulpit.
