The verse you cited does not say what you said about "robots", nor does it say anything in the supposed language of the time which could be construed to say it. That phrase, that thinking, is what believers commonly quote from their own reasoning and imagination. Interpreting God in human terms.. that's 'anthropomorphism'. God doesn't want us to respond to some pre-programming because he loves us and wants us to make a choice to love (and therefore obey) him. So He tells us to choose to accept him or suffer eternal damnation. Because he loves us. So he unleashes what the bible describes as total rampant earthly evil, both at the hand of Satan, and of man. Tells you to just deal with it best you can, he doesn't participate in your earthly struggle with all this evil He put into place. And dares us to take on everything, come what may, and in the end He will judge us by whether we are able to do so and sustain our faith. Nope... ain't buying it.
